Fix genaral Channels

Hey guys... it would be really nice if the genral Channels (1. and 2.) get a hotfix in the next patch. I rly hate to bee in the worldchat all the time because there's so much spam. Would be so nice if we could use the general Channels

Problem solved! If you don't play with the English Client the general channel doesn't work.
