Community polls & Hallows end

Community polls which help decide small quality-of-life improvements or minor changes could really do a lot of good for nost.

One poll could be for/against having a Hallows End event this year. Hallows End was added to vanilla in patch 1.8 (Dragons of Nightmare), which is scheduled for nost release this December 2015. This unfortunate timing means the content will be unseen until October 2016 if nost remains blizzlike in releasing patches content en full.

The reality is 80% of us won't see the game through to October 2016 so I don't see harm in having a seasonal event be one month earlier in blizz-time, if most people vote positively for it in a poll. It would just be a shame if the world remains static until December.

I disagree with this, simply because it has the potential to create an environment that isn't Blizz-like. I think suggestions are fine, but the game direction shouldn't be decided by democracy.
