Lead Surveyor's Mantle

I noticed the Lead Surveyor's Mantle shoulders I have went from being a blue item to green. Is this intended? I checked the item on db.vanilla and it shows it as a blue item originally.

Db.vanilla shows 1.12 items. Seems like that item wasn't blue at the current patch. So it got restorated to a green one like many many other items of brd as well.
