The lobotomizer

Do The lobotomizer and Darkmoon Card :Maelstorm bug together or maybe clash with each other?
I killed hundreds today and The lobotomizer only worked once.But Darmoon Card was as usual（maybe）
OK，not that question.Here is news.
I take off the Darkmoon Card ,The lobotomizer still didnt work after twenty or more killing,even change hands
or relog in.
I think it is the posion.I got a free posion from Venomhide Ravasaur.
BUT ,still i want to make sure of that ~
