More room on ignore list or clean up banned accounts better

Everytime I ignore somebody who gets eventually banned they turn into "unknown" on my ignore list. I now have like 7 "unkown" on my ignore list, taking up space. It is impossible to ignore all the spambots, trolls and the ppl who should actually be ignored (like ninjas and shit).

pls clean this up or extend the ignore list so more ppl can be ignored. on a server such as this with so many assholes, there shouldnt be a limited on ingore anyway.
