Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

It's extremely bothersome to CC someone and he keeps running for 3-5 seconds. By the time you catch up to him the CC is already over.
There's million lagrelated glitches when you play against someone over seas but it's ultimately understandable.

HOWEVER! It would help immensly if you knew the player being from US/EU. An option to turn some tag or mark would be extremely helpful.

I believe your suggestion would require come client modification from our side and this will never happen. However maybe you can think of an AddOn that would cover this. There are some addons developers in the community, maybe they would be interested by your idea!
