Critical issue : Winter squid is bugged !

Hey !

The Winter squid is the only fish in the game with the +10 agility bonus. But he has a limited spawn time during the year (september -> march). That's why it's very important to fix this issue very fast (and absolutelly before march) because if it's fix in 3 months, we will not be able to fish it for september 2016.

The fish Raw Summer Bass is still fishable. He should not since 23 september.
Should be replaced by Winter Squid, which as a bugged droprate at the moment. (issues certainly linked)

Drop rate of Winter Squid is 7% on nostalrius instead of 16-20% (tested on more than 1000 fishes, post september, see here) :

It's open in "new" since one month, and it's a 3 minutes corrected bug. Need make noise for it.

I don't even know what the devs are doing, https://report.nostalrius.org/plugins/tracker/?aid=1586 was confirmed 4 months ago, and fixing that is literally changing the number 14 to 16 in the database. What's the point of the tracker when confirmed issues aren't even fixed?

The point here is : this issue are very easy to fix, it takes no time, and the period for the fish end soon, so it's critical to correct it asap.

Bug reports do not need a specific suggestion forum thread.

And I'll note that the idea that something is "easy to fix" is untrue. There are fixes that are more simple and some that are more complex but World of Warcraft is a huge game and fixing one issue could cause 2 new ones to pop up. We have to check, double check, and triple check fixes before applying them to make sure we don't get regressions.
