Kerlonian (The Sleeper Has Awakened) disappeared

So.... the quest giver for "The Sleeper Has Awakened" namely Kerlonian something something disappeared after I had to abandon the quest because I Fucked up, now I can't get the quest again since he's not there..... I guess this is a bug and not intended :P
