Server transfer?

Hey,
As you know the server is a bit overpopulated and I'm getting a bit tired of the ganking here, YEAH I KNOW IT'S PART OF THE GAME and when I created my characters the PVE server wasn't up yet.
So I wanted to know if server transfer will come any time soon because I'll like to move my two characters from the PVP to the PVE one.
