Mok'thardin's Enchantment Part 4 BUG

The quest titled ' Mok'thardin's Enchantment ' (part 4, last part) in STV is bugged.
I am supposed to loot Holy Spring Water but i can't even target the fountain....

not a bug. It has a long respawn time.
