Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Anyone remember this epic quest? Supposedly, once upon a time, this NPC was apparently so powerful, he was able to wipe out the entirety of the southshore by himself. Im wondering.. could we possibly de-nerf this guy or what? Given how we already have Stitches in Duskwood for the alliance, would be cool if Helcular could do something else than just sitting in the graveyard, and killing the occasional guard that spawns nearby him.
