Additional boards for ban appeals/reports
Posted: Tue Mar 10, 2015 6:26 pmI think a board that goes towards reports would be appropriate for such a large project. Not only because third party software users, but because of the confusion where to post such things.
Honestly I think one of the criteria that should be in a report board would be:
- Invisible threads
By this I point towards the scenario where the reported will keep an eye out if he/she is under the radar, and by giving the option that only the person who made the thread aswell as forum mods and above are eligible to view the threads. Also you avoid opinions which may/may not have influence in the final decision.
- Proper evidence
Botting usally consist of a pathing system aswell as a spell sequence. Proper video recording would be necesary with clear names, time/date. Overall quality material.
- Templates
Proper templates for people to follow to know whats necesary to make a thread that will be reviewed by the representatives.
