So there is already alot of talk about the Hunter Leaf quest and the demons you need for it. (basically the biggest threat on the forum)

So WHY was this https://report.nostalrius.org/plugins/tracker/?aid=1799 ,altho it has been created a long time ago, not even been assigned to someone yet? (there are tickets on the bugtracker WAY less pressing than this and just RECENTLY created beeing assigned)

that respawn timers have been "significantly reduced" well thats simply not true.

Waiting for 7h Respawn with a 10k server is no fun. especially when there is evidence that in late 1.12 the spawn on lifesevers is 15-30min. You promised to adress the problem of respawns with dynamic spawn implementation and yet you failed to do so because 3h kill and 7h despawn timer BEFORE dynamic respawn was even better than the flat 7h respawn we have right now.
