Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I noticed while playing a rogue that every once in awhile I can spam finishers while not consuming points, usually only at 2 points, then I recorded it and took about 5 minutes to get the "proc" I can post a video if you want

That's probably just you missing the finisher.
