Even if they've occurred before. Perhaps the poster brings up considerations or angles that have not previously been discussed. Perhaps the issue requires further consideration.

Just let discussion occur. I'd delete comments that add nothing to the discussion wayyyyy before I'd ever consider locking threads, and you don't delete the most pointless, trollish comments so....

Yeah, your "can you please allow multiboxing" thread was really going places. Doesn't matter what angle you try to take on it, the staff has always taken the same stance on multiboxing. It will never be a part of the Nostalrius experience.
