Bug reports dedicated forum.

I'm just coming back to Nostalrius, and Waaa ! The change is impressive.
Looking at the forum, and especially the bug reports, an idea came to me :
There is a lot of bug reports, so wouldn't easier for the dev if there was a forum which was entirely dedicated to bug reports ? And within it, we could make one single post for each different bug, with a standard format (for exemple :
1 How is it on the server now.
2 How should it be.
3 Source (because memories are not always accurate, it's better to have sources every time it's possible)
That way, that would be clearer for the devs (or anyone else) to work on any bugs, add details, etc. and to organize their work. (Because read one single thread with every bug report is a bit hard, I think.
What are you thinking about this ?
