BG System

Players can get BG accept/hide window only TWICE per hour, BUT not more than 100x times per week.
This would affect mostly afk-farmers, wintraders. Also this will force players to make their best at BG because you cant just start new BG after loose.
In additional this would encourage world PvP and more competitive fight for top standings(because all players can do SAME number of BG, so only players with highest winrate will get more honor)
Also, this should affect only AB/WSG, but not AV.
