World Chat and Your Rights

Dear fellow Nostalrius members,
It has come to my attention that players having admin privileges in "World" chat is a detriment to the Horde and Alliance a like. From a completely objective standpoint, this function is a fully intentional design on behalf of Blizzard Entertainment. Private channels are designed to have a moderator for obvious reasons. At this point in the private server era, the aspects that make private channels private, do not apply to "World." This idea of a select few individuals creating a tight nit social community in a private channel is a beautiful thing; yet this absolutely has no grounds when it comes to "World." "World" has become what Vanilla "LFG" used to be."World" is where social aspects of the game have a place to flourish. It has become a place where all players search for dungeons, crafters, simple economic exchanges and even mere social interactions. The dynamics have changed, and a new precedent has been set in place. With only a minor subset of the population using other default channels, to be banned from the widely popular "World" chat places an immense hindrance on game play. Any experienced MMORPG player would agree that social dynamics of a game are the key to success ie: raiding, dungeons, crafting, etc. This is why I propose moderation of "World."
Before you lose your shit. I propose moderation of players having admin rights, not content moderation. Content moderation would only destroy the beauty that the GMs/Devs/Owners have created but putting this server online.
A simple fix would be in order, it would require minimum effort. I spoke with a GM concerning the matter of being banned myself, he offered no immediate solution. To put it simply, a character operated by a GM/Dev would simply be logged in 24/7 and be the moderator of the chat. Thus denying players the ability to ban others from such a critical element of the game. I urge all members of the community to support this effort. Thank you for your time.
TLDR: Have NOS moderate admin privileges in world
