Reduce the respawn timer in leveling areas.

Hello everyone,
I would like to suggest the Nostalrius team to reduce the respawn timer after multiple deaths in lvling areas.
It's already very hard to complete quests in a crowded PvP server but it's even harder when players are chain-respawn-killing and, that's not the abused part : killing you once your oponent(s) finally got bored of chainning you.
I don't think that it would influence badly the blizzlike spirit and improve solo lvling players' spirit.
PS : I'll set the fire on, but this behaviour (chainkill) is tipical to hordies....
