Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

This quest item is a bottleneck for many people. I have spent upwards of 5hrs in the area watching the place where it spawns and never see less than 4-5 people waiting on the very long spawn at any given time. Since other quests chain from this, I would suggest making the item spawn faster than the seemingly 15-30min at current so that people are able to move past it.

Dear god please, I spent 30 minutes trying to get the damned charts and still couldn't get them simply due to the amount of people coming through and right clicking it faster than I was able to do.

You own fault when you waste your time doing nothing when you could have gotten 10 times the xp by just killing mobs.

This is how I did it (back about a week ago):

Finished my leveling session for the day. Parked char in Booty Bay and went to bed.

Woke up for work (at a time where server pop is at its lowest), moved to charts spot and began killing mobs. Watched when they spawned and let someone else pick, noted down exact time (to the second).

Went to take a shower for <15mins, came back, began clicking furiously (mouse and laptop touchpad) and got the charts despite others camping them - nobody can maintain a fast clicking pace for 15mins without getting carpal tunnel, so if you know the exact time you get the item 99% of the time.

why not have a better respanw rate? there's many quest items with this unreasonable spawn rate. another one is the NE starter zone emerald dresser spawn....etc etc.....even elite quest spawns that are up to 30 minute timers....

I guess we need to ask was this original vanilla blizzlike or not?

Only valid reason for being in stv is travel to zg

If you think 15 mins for bloodsail charts is long or unreasonable, try doing Broken Alliances quest in Badlands. Respawn time of each gem pillar is 2h. And since some people randomly loot one, but not all, it might take you far longer than 2h to get all 3.
