Player movement sync is bad

Playing melee class on this server such a pain in pvp. Even with low ping the sync of player movement is absolutely horrible.
When you cheap shot someone, he just teleports 5 meters away from you. You can be behind someone and backstab won't work. You can be on top of hunter running around with Aspect of the Cheetah, but you are unable to hit him.
You never know where the player really is and makes pvp really wonky.
I feel like this is a major issue and affects everyone, hope you can improve it. Thanks

Absolutely agree. I have brought this up before but people don't seem to notice it (?). It's really annoying to watch another player move and have him glitch around and warp. I hope they can look at this issue, I only experience it on vanilla wow private servers.

This is kinda weird, I play a Rogue and don't have any of the issue you're talking about. It's always a pain in the ass to be a melee when there are a few lags, but I've never been unable to Garrote someone while being in their back, and my cheap shot don't cause poeople to teleport, there might be a few meters or small delay during pop peaks, just like now (6K5 online), but that's it, nothing comparable to what's your describing.
I have a pretty neat latency though (15ms atm). Do you have latency issues? Or do the other players you're fighting with have latency issues themselves?

I think this is a lag issue. It can happen because of your latency or the latency of the person you're trying to hit.

My ping is around 60-70ms. It's really notable if you are moving fast or you and your opponent is moving fast. If you have crippling poison up it's not an issue. It wasn't just one time, it happens quite alot with different enemies.

I noticed the same, I have like 45ms everytime. It's really annoying, seems like the hitbox is really weird.

It only happens when the server goes above 4,5k players or so. After that it just gets worse & worse.

It can be due to the opposite player as well.
I duelled a rogue last day, he was pretty annoyed by my lags.
On the other hand, it also means the only classes I can hope to kill are melees, because they'll have to be close to me. If the person is running, and I see my char ON him, I still won't be able to hit.
But well, I have 300ms at best.
Message to say: If you want to make sure, check what happens against someone you know has good ping. Since there's people from all over the world, there's quite a few of us struggling with lag.

i agree lower ms then feenix yet when guys are runnning away and im inside their hitbox and no melee swings go off. have to stun them to attack and then they also teleport away
