Hi there,

A LOT of people are getting hacked and if you don't get your stuff back it really puts people off to even go on.

I think the biggest issue is that passwords can only hold 16 characters, isn't that something you could change or would it mean a major change in the system?

I don't feel that my account is safe now at the moment and I doubt to go on.

Alternatively just allow a password change and allow for restoration of items and, perhaps, gold, if you can document you had it before the hack. I wouldn't mind taking a few screenshots to show what I have just in case.
