Forum Support / Hide Account Names

When people are posting messages requesting support with their account (unban, etc.) they have to include their username in the message. This exposes their account name to everyone and potentially increases the risk. At the very least someone could simply make a list of all those usernames for a later date.
Perhaps there could be a User Profile (on the forum) field for Game Account Name, which is hidden to all except Nostalrius staff. Users have to fill that field in at registration, and/or at a later date via User Control Panel.
Ordinary folk wouldn't be able to see the field, and the staff would still be able to see that piece of information that they require..
