Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

It seems that the fences are in disrepair. Some races are able to squeeze through parts, while others cannot.

I'd hate for a rusty nail to catch on someone causing tetanus, but more importantly, I think fair gameplay for all and to reduce greasy, non-PvP/non-fun tactics would require you to fix these fences to their intended use.
