Severe Warrior Bug

Hey Nostalrius staff & community, before I address my concern towards something I personally feel is a severe problem towards the class myself and many others play I would like to congratulate everyone on being part of an amazing and successful launch.
The problem I've noticed with warriors that has been addressed in other sections of the forums but not directly acknowledged is that when an enemy dodges or parrys an attack that consumes rage your rage is depleted and not reserved. I know there are higher priorities than class fixs at this moment but I feel the classes we all play should be working correctly. Normally if it was something smaller it wouldn't be as much of an issue but this is very game changing for the people who play this class.
So my suggestion is that you focus on fixing this bug in particular and other major bugs other players might be experiencing with their classes aswell so our experience in both PvE and PvP is not broken or unbalanced in any large or miniscule way.
Before people start making negative comments I am simply making a suggestion hoping a dev might shed some clarity on the subject, not immediately start fixing the problem. (As nice as that would be)
Thanks for reading.
