Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Would it be possible in a few weeks or so, to give the option to level at an increased experience rate (x2 or x3, nothing like x12) to speed leveling somewhat. Im level ten atm and am loving what I've seen of the server thus far but from what I gathered, it took some people 6 days of in game play time to hit 60. I don't have that kind of time at the moment so I was hoping that there would be an increased experience option added to the server.

Im not asking for it right away, i know a lot of people are enjoying having everything blizzlike, but I think it would be a good idea to give more options in the future.

Nothing like ten times experience, but enough to speed things along while not making it too easy. As I said above two or three times would be a good start once a few more weeks have passed.

This may not seem like a big deal to some players, but I just don't have the time and patience to play at 1x.

1x server 1x rates, plenty of high rate servers out there for the people who want them.

Sorry dude in my honest opinion, this server will NEVER be anything other than a 1x rate server. As konked mentioned there are other servers which can provide you higher xp rates. I however am almost 100% certain Nostalrius will never be anything but 1x rate.

To be honest, you should just enjoy the ride and not worry about the speed of levelling. In my opinion, that's what makes the game so great, that you go through a long hard journey to finally reach the high league in the end.

Questing with people to group with in Vanilla was fun in itself. Plus, try out different areas to level that you never did before. Try a new race and/or faction for that matter. This is not what retail is today. Half the fun is journeying to level 60 IMO. Yes, 60 is when the raids go down. But if you don't have much time to level, what makes you think you'll have time to raid on a vanilla server? 5-6 hour MC runs? Whew!

Just play only when you have rested.
