getting kicked out of the group after disconnect

Please change this, it's really annoying . I found myself having some hardware issue that cause random connection drops for few seconds. It was never so bad so i had to investigate where the problem is nor slove that (maybe except 4hm fight on some unnamed server ), but combined with mechanics on nostalrius it's such op issue that might be called "BAN FOR ANY KIND OF COLLABORATION" .
