This was the FIRST ever legendary item to drop in World of Warcraft from Baron Geddon in Molten Core, and was in fact a mistake, soon hot fixed by the developers upon the first drop; however, the player it dropped for was actually able to keep the item.
Would it be possible and/or plausible to make this item ingame and have it actually only have the 1 time drop, and for the player it dropped for to keep it? I'm not saying it's necessarily a good idea, but you must admit it is a fancy idea as it did actually happen in the real servers of wow.

It should just be ON or OFF as a possible drop. Blizzard didn't originally intend for the situation you are suggesting Nostalrius recreate. This would be like recreating a bug then later fixing it. I'd turn it off myself as it doesn't drop in 1.12, but I guess Nostalrius plans to have it as a possible drop. But I think that IF it's going to be a possible drop, it should be on Ragnaros himself, not an earlier boss. That makes more sense.

It's actually a shitty item no sane tank will ever want to get.
Oh no, I forgot those legendary-attracted people. Still, it's as legendary as a free parking ticket in the real world.

Be it included or not, on Garr, Geddon or Ragnaros, it's really not of any importance to our gaming experience.

On the subject of this.

Will you take out the Left&Right Bindings from the loot table whilst this is in?
The talisman is by lore the supposed combination of both the sperate Bindings.
Having both the talisman and seperate bindings drop would contradict the concept of blizzlike and the game's lore.

And will this be available for a fixed amount of time? Or until the first player has acquired it?
