(Bugg) Quest Tremors of Earth

This quest located in Badlands requires 3 runestones ( Opal, diamond and amethys) well the opal one is missing... i've been trying to complete it for like 4 days but no way cause its not there, the wierd thing is that u can see the shadow of the runestone on the floor but its not there.

There is a long respawn timer. If you camp it, it will come. FIELD OF DREAMS!!!

I've read a lot of old stuff about this quest online and nowhere does it say that it should have a 2 hour respawn timer like it has here. I'd love for this to get fixed.

The pillars do indeed have a 2h respawn (sometimes respawn from server crash too).
No, I don't know if this is blizzlike, but unless someone can prove it isn't, it's not going to change. So just accept it, do the quest under the current conditions or move on.
