According to this thread, where I explain my case of some random hacker deleting my account just because he pleased.

I lost a level 50 hunter and a 16 warrior, I don't care much about the warrior, but the hunter has almost 8 days played and eng/mining skilled to 250, mount, gold, and other important stuff.

Since the terms of use say that there are no refunds, I must insist for changing them or at least to understand this case because NO ONE DESERVES TO GET RANDOMLY DELETED. And especially if you have played the time of 8 days(192h).

Most of the private servers have a character refund with a minimum conditions of having played X time or having leveled to X level, etc. And that is what I am asking for. There are logs and you can prove easily if the person who asks for it is the real owner(screenshots, etc).

I must insist since I dont want my 8 played days to be gone.

The terms of use are adjusted to meet our current staff limitations. Handling 6,000 players online with a limited staff base is hard as it is, therefore we have opened recruitment. Terms of use might change in the future when we feel like we can fill all player needs such as yours.

then can i take reference on this post to restore my character if the terms of use change?
I can also try to join the staff or whatever I must do to find the way to restore the character. I have been 3 years studying computing engineering, probably I can do something. I am sure it will take less than 192 hours to find the way to restore lost characters.
Another thing that I am sure of is that I may not be the only one who suffered this kind of "strike".

I mean now that my main account doesn't exist, playing in this server has no sense unless i start from scratch again. I'd prefer to try to find the way or just quit.
