Once again i'm on it with my suggestions,

What's your thought on implanting the dual spec ?
Yes it's TBC.

I'm suggesting it not mainly for me (as i'll play dps) , but for all for the healers or tanks fed up with beeing PvE spec while they're doing some PvP.
To evoid abuse, it could be like 15m cd or smght.

What could it bring; -more pvp players in general, more stuff hunting & less golds in respec.

It's not possible because this server will be a blizzlike server and dual spec is wotlk.

This wasn't even happening in Beta time, on this serv. WE'LL HAVE TO PAY

You could probably, at least, reset your talents, using an item.
Anyway, it wouldn't be a "Dual Spec".

In that case it woulnd't be Dual Spec but simple Talents Reset which would not be blizzlike at all

Says who? It's very much is doable, perhaps not exactly like WoTLK with an interface at talent tab.
But you can easily work around it.

In which case the most "blizzlike/authentic" way to implement it, would be a system with a gossip script for the class trainers, so the players would have to speak with their class trainer for spec switching.

You could even put in a 5 gold cost fee for every spec switch aswell, for "immersion".
