Account Info Page or SourceBans fork
Posted: Fri Mar 27, 2015 1:17 amI see a lot of people in the Support forum asking for a reason on a suspension or ban. I'm wondering if you guys will add an account information page in the near future or if you have any intention on emailing/private messaging people about their bans.
I understand that people don't always check their emails, but something like SourceBans (example below) should be suitable if you don't mind giving out the reasons for the bans. The users who complain, appeal, and openly discuss their bans in the support forum don't seem to mind asking the staff about their suspensions and closures in the public support forum, so this covers all of those topics that currently remain in that section. To the people who think the GMs "look the other way" (don't perform their role), a SourceBans model of a ban management page can show that the staff are actively enforcing the rules upon the public.
