Don't require mod approval for support tickets

My suggestion to you is not to require moderator approval for support tickets. Generally people are putting up support tickets because they can not connect or something is wrong with their account. When you require mod approval, you are adding another step and extra time into the equation. The idea of posting a support ticket is to get your issue fixed as quickly as possible and get you back on your way (to me anyways).

From the mods view, if someone posts a non-issue or something irrelevant to support in the support section, just delete it. That is a much better use of a mods time IMO.
