Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

The recipe for Barbaric Bracers does not teach anything, therefore this item is not possible to obtain. Please fix this

These bracers didn't exist this early in the game. The only thing that needs fixing is removal of the recipe for them.
