Consider increasing Devilsaur spawn rate?

WAY too big population on server - 3k on slowest hours, nearly 6k on busyest..? That makes at least 20 people constantly camping Devilsaurs. I understand challenge but this is undoable unless you are extremely lucky to farm them alone (like that can ever happen lol.)
Maybe make them spawn.. A little faster?
