Hey,

I'm not too sure whether these topics are read at all but I felt like sharing this anyway. The support forum is covered in people who fucked something up wondering why they are banned.

I think this could be solved by simply having people provide an email address when registering an account, and sending an email with info about a ban if it occurs.

Well good, just need to mail people when they are banned and voila
