Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I've been stoked on this server ever since I found out about it. I've missed vanilla content for sometime, and I've tried other private servers, but none look as polished as this. The only thing I don't miss about vanilla is the brutal grind to 60. I know other servers do insane xp boosts so you can skip the grind, I'm not saying you should do that, but it would be cool if like some weekends you guys could boost xp to x2. I think it could be a good way to keep new players who didn't have the chance to play vanilla originally from getting turned off by the grind. It could also be good for veteran players who want to boost an alt they've been putting off playing. Just an idea.

A 2x exp boost once every 2 weekends would be nice. Lv1-40 is alright, but after that, so much grinding...

Uh, no. Stop the lying and "get good" as the cool kids say. Pisses me off this constant exaggeration and lies regarding the leveling progress.

You don't need to grind at all to get to 60. There are quests at every level, in multiple zones, that will get you to 60. If you claim otherwise, you're a clueless blind idiot. The only reason to grind is that, at certain level periods, it is faster to grind than to do time-consuming quests.

Leveling is fun in vanilla as the lowlevel content is actual content in the game and not some sort of grinding trough it to start playing the game.

That would be pretty nice but there is one little problem: as ppl level probably when they will get to max level they will be to busy and won't rlly level alts often or at all and if all the ppl get to level 60 in a month there will be not as many low levels to do dungeons and quests with cuz all of them would be raiding.

The sole reason of existence of this server is to copy vanilla (blizzlike). Any step away from this philosophy is heresy and shall be shunned as such!

Why did developers spent their time scripting most (if not all) low level dungeons, escort quests etc so you can skip them with an XP boost?

When there are so many 60s on the server already, this would be like a slap in the face to them. Mind you, I'm only lvl 40, but it's not that difficult when so many people have done it already.

Also, the reason many people play here is because of the x1 rates IMO.
