I think the last step from ULDMAN,that mini disk,can't talk to this NPC,mouseover no diglog sign,nothing,please fix.

this quest is ask me to talk to the NPC,then click the "thing" under it to turn in,but I really can't talk to it,nothing when mouseover.

GM told me weeks ago that it's supposed not to be in the game yet.

How to do it:

Abandon the quest, talk to him, as soon as you pick it up, spamclick him, that way he'll open up and you'll be able to turn the quest in

OH?but he's gone..I'm gonna have to find another one got that disk to bring him show up.
