Categories in Support section

Hi,

Could we think about new sub-sections in the support forum? Something like
- Connection issues
- Config/Hardware issues
- Questing issues
- Items issues
- Bans
- Other unsortable issues

It could help lots of players, and maybe be easier to find a question already answered (i do know there is a search field, but I feel like beeing an exception...).

Would make wading through all the ban inquiries/appeals a lot easier. Though if the present Support forum is any indication, 75% of the forum activity will go to Bans, 24% to Connections and Configurations, and 1% for everything else.

More sections would be great too. Addon/Interface for example. I think this forum need a better overview. 'last reply' showcase would be awesome!
