Mobs with random movement are meant to have a 50% chance to immediately move to the next random point,
else they will wait for a small period of time. Most servers, if not all, have the mobs always wait.
This gives me major OCD for reasons I can't explain, it's a trivial fix and I hope it can be addressed prior to launch.
