Now i wanna ask... is that the first are pre-nerf? Why the second ones are not buyable?

If i get now rank10 and the first ones, will they get updated to the second? or i will have to get up to rank 10 again to buy them?...

On retail vanilla, I think only the epic pvp items got buffed retroactively. The blue sets had to be bought again (most likely because they also went from lvl 58 req. to a lvl 60 req.)

Or just go for the epic set.

Also something you need to keep in mind: NONE of the blue sets in the game are supposed to last you very long. You can say the same thing about the T0 dungeon set. It wouldn't last you more than a few months. That's how this game works.
