Can two people play on shared ip?

Hi, I was wondering if its not against some rules (didnt find any, although there still might be) for room mates to play on two PCs and two accounts at the same time on the same IP. Thank for the info.

This is allowed, as long as the two accounts are being played by two actual people. You can even have one high level boosting a lower level as long as it's a real person. Although I would avoid going on follow for any period of time as it can look like you are multi-boxing.
