AV Quest is not obtainable [A]

The quest "Hero of the Stormpike" (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=8271) is not obtainable for me. I finished the previous quest "The Battle of Alterac" (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=7141), but Prospector Stonehewer
has no more quests for me. Is this a bug or do I something wrong? Please help, I want the AV Weapon.
