I feel as if I am missing reputation bonuses upon completing certain objectives or killing certain NPCs in AV so I am posting this list in hopes that all will read and confirm if they notice any discrepancies with the amount of reputation we should be gaining in Alterac Valley.

Reputation is gained in the following ways:
Killing the enemy General (300 rep)
Killing the enemy Commander (125 rep)
Killing an enemy Lieutenant or Commander (12 rep)
Destroying an enemy tower (12 rep)
1-time quests (first turnin of each repeatable, capture a tower/mine/graveyard, etc) (~100 rep each, varies)
Repeatable turnin quests
Supplies from enemy's mine (10 rep)
Supplies from your mine (2 rep)
Racial parts (Human bone chip, Tauren hoof, etc) (1 rep)
Ram hide/frostwolf hide (1 rep)
Bringing a ram/frostwolf to your stable (1 rep)
Storm Crystals/Stormpike Blood (1 rep, 5 rep for Crystal Clutter or Gallon of Blood)
Wind Riders
Sildore/Guse (1 rep)
Vipore/Jeztor (5? rep)
Ichman/Mulverik (10? rep)
At the end of the game, extra rep is gained for each of the following conditions:
Enemy Captain killed (36 rep)
Your Captain is still alive (24 rep)
Enemy tower destroyed (24 rep each)
Enemy Leutenant/Commander killed (12 rep each)
Controlling an intact tower (12 rep each)
Controlling a graveyard (12 rep each)
Controlling a mine (12 rep each)

You gain certain amounts of reputation for accomplishing various goals in the battleground - like killing the opposing faction's general (300 reputation), killing the opposing faction's captain (125 reputation), killing lieutenants or commanders (12 reputation each), killing wind riders or gryphons (5 reputation each), killing guards (5 reputation each), killing Ivus or Lok'holar (125 reputation), destroying enemy towers (12 reputation each), taking supplies from your own mine or an enemies mine (2 and 10 reputation each, respectively), turning in ram or frostwolf hides (2 reputation each), brining a ram or frostwolf to your stable (1 reputation each), keeping your own captain alive (125 reputation), controlling an intact tower/bunker (12 reputation each), controlling a graveyard (12 reputation each), and controlling a mine (12 reputation each).
The discrepancies that I have found are the following:
1. Killing the general yields 350 reputation instead of 300.
2. Killing Lieutenants and Commanders yields 0 reputation.
3. Destroying Horde towers does not yield the instant 12 reputation.
4. Killing Lokholar the Icelord yields 0 reputation.
5. The end-of-game reputation rewards only seem to include Controlling Tower/Graveyard and Enemy Tower Destroyed (It would be nice if these rewards were split into 7 categories of reputation in the chat window when the game ends. Otherwise, this is annoying to confirm by cross-checking what is capped and destroyed on the map at the end of a game)
Some of these conditions I have yet to notice by the time a game ends. However, please discuss what you think is missing from AV reputation bonuses and discrepancies that you have noticed. Maybe, I or someone else will post some bug reports about it on the Nostalrius Bug Tracker.
