And especially on private servers with population not necessarily as big as official, being able to dual spec would greatly improve everyone's experience I think. And make healers and tanks way more happy to heal and tanks in raids :b (and allow druids and paladins to tank too, giving more options )
But I read once somewhere that the 1.12 patch does not allow the dual spec how it was implemented later in game.
Yeah, dual spec is the biggest thing I'd want added into vanilla. They could simply remove the cost on respeccing, that alone would pretty much be the same thing as dual spec.
And the other thing that bugs me about vanilla is mana; how everything costs a shitton of mana and you have no way of restoring mana outside of chugging potions and dark runes. At least in BC, Priests got shadowfiend and potions became easier to obtain.
