Maxwell won't give me the followup to Jail Break! ?

So I've done the Jail Break! quest and turned it in. However, the npc (Marshal Maxwel) is not giving me any followup. Anyone had this issue? What should I do? It's not possible to make ingame tickets niether...

And yes, I've done the crumpled note part. It leads to Jail Break!.
I've tried to relog.
I've tried deleting wdb.

Yelp...

Edit: Is there any horde player that could come to Morgan's Vigil and kill the guy? Perhaps when he respawns i'll be able to interact with him

Edit2: Turns out, the emotion system can be quite handy sometimes. A shaman helped me kill him. Let's see, when he respawns, if he's in a good mood to have a conversation with me

Edit4: I magically have the quest in my log now. ([60+] Stormwind Rendezvous) However, Squire Rowe won't speak to me. I'll try after a server restart.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run out of the instance without speaking with Windsor first to complete the quest. You will have to run the instance all over again.

I don't know if that applies in your case. I had trouble with this quest chain earlier than you and needed a GM to help me re-pick up quests.

Hmm. I got the complete message and I did turn it in so... Were you able to turn in the quest to Maxwell?

Ya, I was fine there, but ran into trouble earlier in the chain. I sent a message to GMs and they came and straightened my shit out. I had messed it up somehow. I couldn't pick anything up and I had nothing to drop.

Send a PM to Raazi and Igen. they'll eventually find time to help you. Took about 2 days for me.
