The staff doesn't seem to take this problem seriously because they just answer us that our account is not banned but they don't help us to have our account back.
The problem is pretty simple. You can randomly lose your account due to a bug and can't change the password or even log in to the website.
There are a lot of post about this probleme since yesterday :

See ? They just tell us that we are not banned and make sure we use the correct password... We're not that dumb i think..!

This account has been used recently. You can't reset the password now.Remember that you are responsible for your account security, and as stated in our Terms of Use, we do not reset passwords for hacked accounts.
And it says "bad credentials" when you try to log in into the website...
I'm 1000% sure i'm using the right password... We are many to have this issue since yesterday. Please staff, stop thinking we are dumb and telling us to check password... There IS an issue and you really should look into it.
It has been more than 30 hours now that I can't login to my account.
