Will 1.4 mounts ever be removed?

Curious as to the answer for this because I have enough gold to buy the mount right now (and I REALLY want the ivory raptor) but I would rather wait until I can afford the riding as well. Any informed game masters have an answer to this? I'm almost certain that in retail, in the same amount of elapsed time, the mounts had been removed already and I would hate to miss another chance for this.

They will be removed from vendors. I do not have an exact date for you. There will be an announcement. If you want to play it 100% safe, buy the mount now and put it in your bank.
