Anyone else had problems with their mail?

Hi

Just sent over 10 green items to my alt for DE and they have disappeared from my main but still hasn't recieved them at my alt

Does anyone have any experience with this or any thing remotely similar..` 8-)

If they are on different accounts, then it takes one hour for the mail to arrive.
