Profession census?

Is there a way to compile a list of people who have over 225 skill in professions? I'd like to know which professions are common or uncommon.

This really wouldn't be as useful as you think it would.

Simplified reason why:
Enchanters/Alchemists can service anyone
Blacksmiths, leatherworkers, and tailors can only service 1/3 of the population
Engineers don't really help anyone (from what I understand).

So you need more Enchanters/Alchemists per 1,000 60s than BS/LW/Tailors (mollified by transmutes).

What you're really asking is:
Are there any professions out there that seem under-serviced?
Which I assume the laws of supply and demand help even out.

I'd be really interested to know what the minimum number of each profession are required to service a population of 1,000 60s. And then using that with the data your request would generate. With an added chart showing the barrier of entry to each profession.

My experience of being a master crafter is there's never enough work to keep me busy.

That actually sounds like a much better idea. Anyone feel like doing math?
